Hello and welcome to the first step in seeking help for yourself, your child or your family. Life has many ups and downs. It is full of joys and challenges. Perhaps you've noticed that you, your child or your family is experiencing more challenges than joy. You don't need to meet these challenges alone. Seeking help is the best way to acknowledge the challenging times while working towards joy and peace.
I have been working in the mental health field for twenty years, helping individuals, children and parents. I work collaboratively with you focusing on your and/or your family's individual needs and goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, family discord, behavior challenges and developmental disabilities. I offer support, empathy and humor. I also help you work to reframe challenging situations in order to problem solve and move forward. I deeply value and respect the therapeutic process, but I am also goal oriented and focused on assisting you in your ability to develop the insight and skills to better manage life's challenges. My office is conveniently located near public transit in Astoria, Queens. More about me. . .
