Evaluations

I provide Biopsychosocial evaluations for those in need. Reasons for this type of evaluation vary and may include: 

  • accessing city/state/federal support programs (ex. OPWDD or SSI/SSD) 

  • clearance to return to work or school (as related to behavior or mental health) 

  • assisting other agencies in completing a comprehensive evaluation for diagnostic or supportive purposes
